Spring Wreath-Priesthood session project

Krista saw this cute wreath on someone's blog and thought it would be fun to make

It is made out of LOTS of coffee filters

First, you put some water in a bowl and add acrylic paint, (I provided paint shirts for all the girls, since they all came dressed in cute outfits, didn't want you to think they were all wearing boys t-shirts)

Then you dip in a stack of coffee liners and get them soaked

Wring them out

Now you need to let them dry, if it's not windy, you can do it outside.......

If it is, you better do it in your garage, or they will be all over the neighborhood

Once they are dry, you twist them into adorable little flowers

Next, you hot glue them to your wreath, we did them in groups of 3, but you can do whatever you want

Hailey and Libbie wanted to help,so they made tons of flowers that we put on sticks

and they made beautiful flower arrangements that they gave to Jamie

Here we are with our wreaths and the girls with their flowers

Merijane is only 3 days away from delivering little Gabie

Here it is on my wall!

Thanks little girls for being so AWESOME and playing so nice together so we could do our project, and thanks Lani and Simon for keeping them entertained..
