Aunt Marie turns 80!

This weekend, we were able to celebrate my Aunt Marie's 80th birthday.  It was amazing how many people came to join the fun.  Bonnie came all the way from Florida, June from Kentucky, Jerry Lynn from Washington, Bud and his family from California, Wanda, Mike and Karen Moore, Sandy, Dennis and their family from Idaho, and tons of people from Utah.

My cousin Sandy, who lives in Nampa Idaho, planned the whole party and did most of the work.  She is one awesome party planner!!!!  There was LOTS of delicious food and it was great to get to visit with everyone.

Here's her sweet family who helped her pull this party off.

Lots of  cousins were there,  Jeff, Lance, Ric, Jerry Lynn, Kim, Mike Moore, (all you can see is the tip of his head behind me) Bonnie, Becky, Sandy, Wanda, Aunt Marie, Michelle, and Randy.  There were quite a few more that I didn't get a picture of

Sandy collected pictures and made this darling poster.

Our Adorable Granddaughters!

Tonight we had all the kids over and took our annual picture in our tulips.   I bought all the girls these sundresses, but it was pretty chilly today, so thankfully, Lani had given them all denim jackets for Christmas. I had them all bring those so they didn't freeze to death.  Josh brought his awesome camera and took tons of pictures, and this one turned out pretty cute.

Since Gabbie is the only one you really can't see in the picture, here's a picture of that cute baby girl peeking around the corner in my kitchen.

Gabbie Turns One!!!

This adorable, happy tiny girl turned 1 on April 6th

She had a darling flower birthday cake

Gabbie and I both had on navy and white stripped shirts

She us now a walking girl!

Here she is tring out her birthday cake, YUMMY!

And opening her presents

I found this fun toy you fill with water to play with outside in the summer.

These 3 cousins all have a VERY LOOSE TOOTH!!!!

Molly was brave enough to let me pull hers out, she was so excited for the tooth fairy to come!

Cline Family Visitors

The middle of March, Mike's brother Steven retired

packed up his car, and with the help of their brother Mark and his trailer, headed to SLC.

They arrived here a few days before Sterling and his family who were here for Carol Sue's dad's funneral.  It was nice to have all the Cline brothers here for a quick visit before Sterling and Mark both headed back to Texas.

Corin, Mark's son flew in from Rhode Island where he is in the Navel Accademy, and spent the night at our house, before visiting friends in Rexburg during his Spring Break.

They got to have a fun visit with their dad before leaving for home.

It was nice to have Steven join us at Sophie's blessing, Mike is going to love having a brother in town to be able to do things with.

Spring Break in St. George

Right after Sophie's blessing, we hoped in our van and headed to St. George with Krista and her girls for Spring Break!  (Since it's tax season, it is the busy time for Matt at work so he wasn't able to come)  We had 2 DVD players, ear phones and a bunch of fun DVD's and off we went.  These two girls were absolutely perfect on the way there and back!!!!

And so was Sophie.  She fell asleep as we drove out of their drive way, and didn't wake up until we stopped at the stop light right before the condo in St. George.  UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!

We had such a fun time, we went swimming,

and Sophie slept by the pool.

The first day there were lots of kids, but the second day, we were the only ones in the pool.

The girls got kites for Easter and had a great time flying them.

Unfortunately, Aida's got stuck in the tree outside the condo.

We did lots of puzzles

Aida took this picture of me and Hailey

Here are 4 of the puzzles we did. The girls are pointing to their favorite ones,

We did a bit of shopping.  Krista found this darling outfit for Sophie at Target, she looked so cute in it!

Krista put Sophie in her front pack when we went on a walk.

The girls loved riding bikes there where the speed limit is 10 MPH.

Before we left for home, we cleaned up the condo.

What fun and NICE girls to take on a vacation!!!!  (I love how Krista wraps Sophie like a baby burrito when she puts her to bed.)
