Dad's last house sold

I'm officially out of the Real Estate business!  Dad had 4 houses when he passed away. We were able to sell the one in St George and the one he lived in within a couple of weeks.   Sept. 24, marked 6 months since Dad passed away.  Jeffrey had been living in the rental across the street from where we grew up, for about 25 years.  Mom had always said it would be his house, since he had been there so long.  He and Jen decided that they would really rather have the house we grew up in, instead, so we gave them 6 months to get it ready to sell and move out.  6 months to the day, we closed on Jeff's old house.  His darling step daughter, Lauren and her husband Taylor bought it.   Jamie did the mortgage for them.

Jamie also took care of the transfer of the title for Jeff and Jen.
