The Little's Christmas trip

This was the first year in forever, that we were not able to find a time to do a family vacation for our Christmas present.   Everyone is so busy! 4 of our grandkids are playing on club teams and that pretty muich runs their lives..  We decided that we would take the groups of kids on an overnight trip to a hotel somewhere close by.  It is still tricky finding a time when just 3-5 of the kids can come, but the Littles were the first to come up with a date.  We picked them all up and then stopped by a yummy bakery for  a treat.

Next stop was the bowling ally.  Savannah had never been before, and wasn't excited to go, but she was a good sport and had a great time.

When we left, she asked when we could go again.

We went and picked up Mike and headed to Panda for dinner.

Then off to the hotel.  We found one with a little water park inside with a BIG water slide.

The girls had a great time.  They are all so sweet with Savannah!

We loaded up on snacks, and it was their goal to eat them all, and they almost accomplished it.

We played games and watched a movie.

The next morning, Sophie wasn't feeling well at all, so Krista came and got her.  We felt so bad for her to have to go home, but she had a fever and was miserable.  After breakfast, the girls wanted to go check out the gym, and after a few minutes there, Savvy wanted to go back to the pool, so she and I went to the pool and Kelsi and Gabbie worked out at the gym.

We then went to the Bead Fairy and they each made a bracelet.  SOOOOO many beads to choose from.  Savvy chose fast and had time to make 2.

The others it took a little longer to choose.

They had fun and made some cute bracelets. We hit Cafe Rio for lunch before taking them home.

Last Saturday, I took Sophie to luch and to the Bead Fairy.

She made 2 really cute bracelets.  We had so much fun, can't wait for the next group in 2 weeks.
