Happy Birthday Katie and Aida

It is hard to believe these two little girls are 4 years old!  We had dinner at our house on Sunday.
Lani, Mom, Dad, Grandma and Grandpa Cline came to help us celebrate.

They got lots of fun presents!

We love having 2 little girls so close together.

We stopped by Katie's on her birthday to wish her a happy birthday.

She had a very cute My Little Pony birthday cake!

Her favorite gift was a Disney Little Princess Castle (also a blue tutu she is wearing under her dress)

We got to go with Aida's family to the Disney Store where her parents let her pick out her own
birthday present!

Aida LOVES polka dots and purple.....

so Krista made her a purple polka dot cake.

Elder Banks came home to wish them a happy birthday.
These are two Fabulous Four year olds!!!!!

It's a BOY!!!!

On Tuesday morning we got an excited phone call from Jordan and Jamie telling us that they were having a baby boy!  I had been shopping the day before and bought a bunch of baby boy clothes.  I told Jordan I would just return them if they were having a girl, but thought it would be fun to buy boy clothes.  When he called to tell me what they were having, he said, "you won't need to return all those baby boy clothes because we are having a boy"  They are planning to name him Logan Michael.  We are very excited too!

Adorable Sophie

Krista is so awesome!  Since she lives so far away, and I don't get to stop by on my way home from school, like I did when the other girls were born, she sends me pictures every few days so I can see how our tiny girl is doing.

Here are a few of them

She looks a lot like Aida did when she was born, which is a great thing to look like!

When she went in for her 2 week check up, she only weighed 6 lbs, she started at 7lbs 2oz, so she has to go back tomorrow at 3 weeks and we are praying that she has grown!!!

Sophie Ella Hurst

On December 30th our 9th granddaughter, Sophie was born.
She weighed 7 lbs 2 oz and was 20 1/2 inches long.

She is just beautiful and we got to see her when she was only a few minutes old,
even before her first bath.

Each tiny baby is such a miracle and so easy to love.

Hailey and Aida were so thrilled to get to meet her.

Jamie and Jordan were still here, so they got to be there right after she was born too!

We are so happy to have another sweet baby girl in our family!!!!

Last night the adults in the Cline family got together and went out to dinner.  Steven was in town, it was fun to see him.

We hadn't seen Jenny and Eric for a long time so it was great to get to visit with them.

Sledding at Mountain Dell Golf course

It has been so much fun having Jamie and Jordan at our house for the Holidays!

We were able to go with them to the SLC temple on Thursday.  When we got into the chapel waiting room, there were Skyler and Kara, so we got to go on a session with them.

Jordan REALLY wanted to go sledding while he was here, so he arranged a trip to Mountain Dell golf course, and Jamie and his girls, and Krista, Matt and their girls were able to join us.  (Josh and his girls were at a family activity with Merijane's family)  Here's Jamie, Jordan and Hailey going down the hill.

After sledding, we went to Krista's house and helped her take down her decorations.  Now she's already for baby Sophie to come tomorrow!!!  We can't wait to meet her.

Merry Christmas 2012

I have had so much fun preparing for Christmas this year!  I haven't sewn as much as I did this year for a long time.  I made 6 nighties for our girls, 2 little sleepers for the babies and a blanket for little Sophie (Krista's baby who should be here in the next week)  Then I made PJ pants to match for all the moms.  They all turned out pretty cute!!!

We found these Our Generation dolls for the 6 girls and I had fun finding outfits, coats, and making nighties for them too.  The baby girls got Madam Alexandar Huggums dolls.

I think these little fur coats were my favorite thing I got for the dolls!

On Christmas we had ALL our kids, Jamie and Jordan arrived on Christmas Eve, all the Great Grandparents and Lani, Jeff, Jen and Jen's parents over for lunch and they stayed for the wild present opening festivities.

 There were presents EVERYWHERE!!!!

The girls were so excited with their dolls, (I found glasses for the girls with glasses)

Jordan loved holding Kelsi, he's practicing for July when he gets to hold his own baby!

Jamie in her new Christmas jammies.  We got their baby a puppy and bought little boy jammies, (they find out in a month if it's a girl or boy, but I just thought it would be fun to buy boy clothes, even though it's probably a girl)

Our missionaries joined the chaos.

Here they are in their new jammies like we got for all our boys.

More presents and some of the girls modeling their nighties.

Here's all the big girls piled in bed in their nighties with their dolls

It was another GREAT Christmas, we are so blessed to have our family close by.
Merry Christmas!!!!
