Happy Easter

Easter 2015

All decorated for Spring

Happy Easter!

On Thursday, my cute niece Stephanie was in town from Dallas, so we invited her and her kids over for a visit.  Krista was the only one of our kids that was available to come, so she brought her kids and we did a little Easter party.

The kids dyed and decorated Easter eggs.

Even little Walter got in on the fun with some help from his mom.

They turned out pretty awesome!

We had an Easter egg hunt

and decorated cupcakes.

Aida took a picture of me and Holland

and Mike

Friday morning, I went to Josh's to dye eggs with his girls. (we learned paint shirts save on clothes)

Theirs turned out fun too!

Friday afternoon, we went over to Krista's house to help her move the playroom into the sewing room and the sewing room into the playroom.  Hailey and Aida talked us into an impromptu sleepover.  They went with us to Jamie's house to dye Easter eggs with his girls.  Molly and Abbie joined us for a sleepover too!  We stopped and got dinner on the way home and the girls had so much fun together.

Saturday, Mike and I went down to Springville so he could go to the Priesthood session of conference with Jordan.  Jamie and I dyed Easter eggs with Logan.  He was hilarious.  He just dropped the egg in the color, let it sit for only a second then pulled it out with his hand and dropped another egg in a color. (We stripped him down so his clothes wouldn't be covered in dye.)

Decorating them with stickers

Checking out the treats in the Easter eggs.

Cute Easter Jammies!

Jack Michael Cline is here!

Sunday night, we kept Josh's girls after our family dinner so their mom and dad could go to the hospital early the next morning to have their new baby brother.  The girls cut up the strawberries for the crepes we made for breakfast.  Yummy!

Here they are just hanging out waiting for Jack to arrive

Jack is here!  7 lbs 9 oz and 20 inches long, born shortly after 4:00 pm on
March 23, 2015
Horray!

The hospital wouldn't let anyone under 14 go see the babies, so I snuck away for a quick peek while Mike watched the girls.  He is darling!!!

So tiny!

The girls got up early the next morning and made him some cute flannel burp cloths

They each made 2 and did a great job.

On Wednesday they finally got their first peek at Jack

Gabbie LOVED him, but he looks a little nervous with her holding him.

Katie is a natural, she and Libbie have been practicing on their twin cousins who are only a few months older than Jack

Libbie was thrilled to finally get to hold him.

These 3 are going to be the best big sisters a little guy could ever wish for!

Such a cute family!

Such a sweet baby!

I love how tiny they look in their car seats.

He's all ready to go check out his cute nursery!

Pac 12 Gymnastic Meet with Molly and Abbie

Molly and Abbie are both taking gymnastics and are both loving it.  A few weeks ago, our school had some tickets for the Pac 12 Gymnastic meet at the U, so I invited the Molly and Abbie to go with us.
The U ended up being the champs.  Pretty exciting!
We had a lot of fun!

These two are hoping to be great gymnasts too someday.

A sleepover with Logan

Friday after school, I went to Springville and picked up Logan for a sleepover.  On our way to my house, we stopped by Thanksgiving Point to play at the museum for a few minutes.

Logan LOVES anything with buttons

He had fun playing in Water World

I love the table you can sit them right in and they can play

It wasn't very busy so he got to do whatever he wanted for as long as he wanted.

He got a little wet, so we changed shirts

Lots to do

We played outside on the playground for a few minutes

then off to see the baby animals

He wanted to feed them his popcorn and touch them all

He LOVED riding the horse!  He got the biggest smile on his face when the horse started moving.

Hailey and Aida at the Children's Discovery Museum

I called Krista on my way home from school to see if her girls were in the mood to go to the park for a little while.  Hailey asked if she could choose which park and she chose the one at Thanksgiving Point.

It was a beautiful day and they had fun playing outside for a while

There are lots of fun things to do

Hailey spent quite a bit of time at the Magic Station.  She learned a few magic tricks to show us.

She finally talked Aida into playing on the spider web (Aida got hurt when she tried it a while ago, and hasn't wanted to go back)  Today, there were not very many kids and she had a blast!  She did not want to leave!!!!

We were the only people in some of the places so it was really fun.

Fun with the Josh and Jamie's girls

We were in the mood for some grandkid time, so we made some phone calls and were able to get Josh's girls and Jamie's for a sleep over.  (Krista and her crew were in St. George for the weekend)  I realized I hadn't made cinnamon rolls with these girls for a long time, so with their help, we made a batch.  Gabbie helped measure the flour.

Kelsi helped roll the dough

Abbie added the cinnamon and sugar

Everyone helped roll them up

Katie cut them for us

All ready to bake!

Delicious!!!!
