A couple of months ago, Bonnie called and asked me if I'd like to come for a vacation. Dennis and some of his Buddies, were heading to Alaska to go fishing and she would be home alone. Of course I said yes, and what fun we had! The first night she invited Tyler and Chase's families for dinner. She made her famous shrimp and it was delicious! On Sunday, she had Todd and Justin's families and made a yummy roast with all the trimmings. (She had wanted everyone to come on Sunday, but Tyler and Chase already had plans. It was even more fun to have smaller groups so we could visit better.)
Friday night, we went to see Freaky Friday at Hale Theater, it was so cute!
Every day, Dennis sent us a picture of their catch of the day. This was theirs on Saturday.
Bonnie and I went shopping and this was Bonnie's catch of the day!
She used it to decorate her beautiful new built ins.
Sunday we went to church and got ready for dinner with Todd and Justin's families.
Monday, her grandson Reid came over for a cooking class. It was so fun.
That afternoon, we went to see River Cruise, and really enjoyed it.
Before I knew it, it was time to pack up and head for home. Such a fun trip!
Bonnie is definitely the hostess with the mostest!
