Bonnie and Dennis were in town last week and invited Mike and I to go to Swiss Days with them. We parked at Krista's house, and walked a couple of blocks over to the festivities. There were TONS of booths and lots and lots of fun things to look at.
Mike and I stayed over night at Krista's and went to the parade the next morning. Hailey and the kids from her school got to ride on a huge trailer with bales of hay.
Midway is such a great little town, and they really know how to celebrate!
She was really excited to get to be in the parade.
Lyndi, Stephanie, Henry and Walter are all in town, so I invited our family over for dinner on Sunday and get to see them.
Henry loved playing with all our cars
And playing outside
Walter is a DARLING little baby, He is about the size of Logan, so it was fun to get to play with him.
Emily and Stephanie chatting
Grandpa Cline and Lyndi
Jenny and Eric
Matt and Sophie
\Kelsi and Gabbie are getting big enough to start playing together
They are going to be great friends before long!
How many monkeys hanging in a tree?
Sunday morning, the phone rang about 8:15 and it was Libbie. She said, "Gram, since you don't have school tomorrow, and I don't have school tomorrow, and Hailey and Molly don't have school tomorrow, what would you think about having us come for a sleepover?" I thought it was a great idea, so I made a few phone calls and invited their sisters to come as well, so we had the 6 big girls for a sleepover. Lyndi has been staying with us, and they all LOVE her! She is so cute with them.
They actually did amazingly well at going to bed, the next morning we made Molly's favorite Pop up pancakes. She likes to put food coloring and sprinkles on them.
Pretty fancy stuff
They really do pop up!!!!!
They were very tasty
Thanks Molly for the great idea!
After breakfast and a little playing, I told the girls if they would get their beds made and clean up all the dolls and toys, we could go to the park before their parents came to pick them up. You have never seen girls clean up so fast!!!! They had this place looking good in no time and we were off to the park.
Here's the big girls all playing on the tricky bars.
(I'm not sure why I didn't take this picture from the front so I could have seen their faces)

One of the highlights of my weekend was getting to meet my newest and tiniest great niece Adalaide.
Pierce and Stacy surprised mom and Robynn and popped in on them on Sunday. I was right in the middle of making dinner for my company that was coming, but had to sneak over to Mom's house to see that tiny girl. She is just darling!
It sure was fun seeing you guys last weekend. I love the necklace and ear rings with your pink shirt. What a fun and busy weekend you had. What cute girls, love them!
