Jamie and Emily invited us over for a sledding party. Everyone had a great time playing in the snow. After all the fun, we went in for hot chocolate, grilled cheese, and homemade tomato soup. Soooo yummy! Thanks Cline's for hosting our New Years Eve Party!
You can't play in the snow, without a little snowball fight
Look out Hailey!!!!
Here comes our California girl!
She is a natural!
Jamie had made this fun hill for everyone to sled down. At the end, he had built a tall wall so they wouldn't go too far. The boys came up with the plan of using the wall as a jump, and after a few tries, Jamie landed the jump! The big kids had as much or more fun than the little ones.
Believe it or not, Libbie LOVED going down the hill and couldn't wait to climb back up and go again!!! (if you click on the picture, there is a look of TERROR on her face!)
Ready, set, go!!!
Hang on Jordan!

Katie got all bundled up and came outside to play for a while

Even though it was chilly outside, the girls had so much fun playing on the swings, while the big kids played on the hill.
After the sledding, they had lots of fun coloring at Molly's new table. They were so careful to color ONLY ON PAPER!!!!
Molly's new table and chairs match her kitchen so cute. It came with a pink, blue, green and yellow chair and a white table.
Katie is totally a walking girl! On Christmas, she took up to 10 steps, but one week later, she can walk all over the house. She still falls, but gets right back up. She just turned 11 months, and is amazing!
After the sledding party, Josh, Merijane, Jamie and Emily went to see a movie. Jamie and Emily gave Merijane movie tickets for her birthday, and Josh and Merijane gave Jamie movie tickets for his birthday, and so we tended while they took each other to the movie. I was off putting Abbie to sleep and left Mike with the other 3 and found that he hasn't lost his touch with babysitting!
When they came home from the movie, they brought pizza and all kinds of fun party favors for a New Years Eve party. There were glo sticks, party horns, necklaces, silly string, and everything else you can imagine for a fun party. The girls were so excited!!! They put on the Hokie pokey, and Josh had the microphone and told us what to do.
Libbie can really shake it all about! Molly had her BIG hand to put your right hand in.
Katie loved doing the hokie pokey with us!
We left the New Years Eve party early, so we could go and spend some time with Grandpa Cline. Wanda died a few days ago, after struggling with poor health for quite a while. Her funeral will be Sat. at 12:00 in their old ward in Sandy. This was a sad way to end the year, but we know she is finally feeling good and out of pain.
