The Big House

For Christmas again this year, we gave the kids a trip to The Big House. A week before we went, there was hardly any snow.  During the next week, they got about 18" of snow.  It was a blizzard on the way there, but we all drove slow and arrived safely.  We had such a good time!  

Unfortunately, Katie plays on a club volleyball team and had a tournament this weekend, so she and Merijane weren't able to make it.  

The kids had a great time sledding

They talked me into sledding too.  Such a fun hill right outside the back door.

We made Valentine houses that turned out pretty cute!

  We rented the Taylor Swift movie and Zac loved watching and dancing to it.  The boys loved playing video games and watching movies too! They have an awesome theater room for movies and a game room for video games.

The downstairs play area kept them entertained.  We brought airplae kits for the boys. 

The girls went for a slippery run

We played lots of games and enjoyed being together.  Merry Christmas!

 

December Birthdays

Sophie turns 11

Sophie got to spend her birthday in Oregon.  They went to a fun movie and had ice cream sundaes.

We got to go to Savvy's New Years eve birthday party to celebrate her th birthday. We had a yummy dinner,  played games, and did fireworks.  She had a friend party the next day.
